MOVON, is a newly emerged corporation on the childcare industry. The brand focuses on providing high-quality mothercare products through a rental scheme, primarily high-quality baby-strollers and chairs, to ensure affordability and accessibility to all parents in Malaysia.

The project had a stringent timeline due to MOVON’s intended launch date, requiring efficient project management to meet deadlines.

App Store Approval
Ensuring the app design and functionality meets the standards set by all major app stores, including Apple’s App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery, was a critical challenge.

Our Approach

1. Planning and Brainstorming
With MOVON’s rapid deadline on the horizon, our team kicked into action starting off with understanding the requirements of the project. Our UI/UX designers and mobile app developers met with the client’s team to get a better understanding of the goals they wanted to achieve with MOVON’s mobile app and proposed a few solutions to achieve them.

2. Mobile Wire-framing and Design
During the UIUX process, Flow’s designer meticulously crafted wireframes and prototypes through a collaborative environment. This allowed for the fine-tuning of every detail, ensuring the app not only met but exceeded the client’s vision for a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

3.App Development
Based on a confirmed wireframe design, our mobile app development team took over. Leveraging the flexible Flutter framework, our developers took a bulk of the time to code the application while ensuring the program seamlessly integrated with the client’s pre-existing API.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
To guarantee the highest quality, a rigorous UAT process was implemented, pushing the app to its limits and identifying and resolving any issues or bugs to guarantee a flawless user experience before MOVON’s launch date.

5. Deployment
Following extensive testing and refinement, the app was successfully launched on all three major app distribution platforms: Apple’s App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery, ensuring maximum accessibility to a wide audience of users.
