The Challenge

Without access to any existing content or platform, our website design and UI/UX team had to start from a blank slate to get ShellOut’s digital presence back up and running.

Secure Web Structure and Hosting
To ensure ShellOut will not experience similar issues in the future, our web development team had to provide a unique solution to safeguard the client’s new website without being easily tampered with.

Our Approach

1. Understanding Brand and Audience
Our design team deeply immersed got together with ShellOut’s representative to understand their brand styles, values and target audience. Leveraging the insights gained, we crafted an engaging and user-centric website design. The design aimed to capture the essence of ShellOut’s seafood offerings and dining experience.

2. Recreating Main Pages
We initiated a comprehensive overhaul of five main pages: homepage, menu, promotions, locations and contact pages. Each page was meticulously redesigned to ensure optimal user engagement and interaction, while following ShellOut’s unique brand identity.

3. Custom Coding
As part of our service, our development team helped create 2 custom systems for ShellOut’s customers: a booking reservation system for their restaurants and a food delivery service to allow their customers to place an order online.

4. Server Hosting
To safeguard ShellOut’s website from experiencing similar hiccups in the future, the Flow Digital team conducted a thorough analysis of their previous server hosting setup. This led to the decision for Flow Digital to be ShellOut’s server host, ensuring that we can continue to maintain their website and optimise as needed.
